If you are new to the practice of yoga or if you are a seasoned practitioner, then this workshop is for you. One of the bigger struggles that we, as students, encounter is the confidence to believe in ourselves and what we can do. In turn, we miss the opportunity to utilize that belief to go further in our yoga practice, or level up. Confidence begets confidence. When we realize our own greatness, tap into it and go further with our practice, we receive far more than the physical benefits that the poses provide.
During our time together, we will discuss both how confidence and mindfulness work together and the shadow side of confidence, which is spiritual materialism. We will also familiarize ourselves with exercises and poses to help us become more attuned to and stronger in our bodies.
With the advent of self-knowledge, both spiritually and physically, we will explore potentially new options available in the yoga practice, or hone in on some common areas of the practice with a new focus.
