We strive to make our studio feel like a welcome place for beginners. We all remember our first yoga experience and want Total Body Yoga to feel like a place where you can learn and grow.

In addition to offering our Intro to Yoga series several times per year, we have more than 20 beginner level classes on our schedule each week. We guarantee each one of our teachers will make you feel at home and guided whether it’s your first class or your 91st class.
