When you walk into one of Andrew's yoga class, his primary purpose is to put you at ease to the point of being able to self-examine in an introspective way through the asana practice. Andrew leads you through a yoga class with the idea of being able to experience more than just the physical offering of the yoga poses. The practice of yoga is the true cooperation of the mind, body, and spirit. If any of those is out of balance, it can affect the others.
Andrew's goal is for his students to leave his classes feeling better and more empowered. He believes that yoga is the tool that we use to navigate life, the Universe and all that lies beyond and within.
