Eliza began practicing yoga as a child and became more serious about it while struggling with anxiety and depression. she decided to study to become a yoga teacher when she found a strong connection between yoga and her journey to achieve self-love. Yoga has helped her maintain strong mental health and she hopes her teaching bring that same self-acceptance and calmness to others. Yoga is a tool Eliza uses to give back to her community and also herself. Eliza graduated from Butler University in May 2017. She is bilingual in Spanish and English.
