Part 3: Self Care & Compassion
This trauma-informed yoga series will give you a safe place to land in, what can often be a tough world. This workshop is specifically for those who have survived any trauma. Learn the physiology of trauma, resilience, and healing and experience how yoga can help you navigate life's challenges. Learn trauma-sensitive tools including meditation, pranayama (breath work), visualization and of course yoga. Participate as much or as little as you wish -- resting when needed and moving when needed. Patricia specially designed this series for those dealing with traumatic experiences. No matter what type of trauma you have endured, you are welcome in this workshop and you are not alone.
