Julia’s journey into yoga began in a college theatre class in 1991. She was blown away by the centering nature of gentle poses which sparked a life-long passion that eventually led to teaching in 2007. Julia believes that each of us has the ability to tap into our own inner healer and live a life of radical wellness. Julia, a former newscast producer and author regularly assists and apprentices with Gabriel Halpern. Julia, TBY's co-owner, lives with her husband, 2 teenagers and her rescue dog.
