With Gabriel Halpern
If you teach yoga, this is a community-building opportunity to share with each other the rigors, responsibilities, victories, and challenges of being a yoga teacher or a sincere yoga practitioner. Gabriel welcomes frank disclosure about what is going on behind the teacher persona. How does the Me Too movement affect how we show up? How do we deal with the impostor syndrome? What are some innovations for a student with therapeutic concerns? How do we change our practice as we age and as our student's age? All this and more is a part of taking a deep dive into 4th Niyama: Swadhyaya (inner exploration or self-study). This is an unparalleled chance to learn from one of the nation's top teachers.
