Workshop For Teens
Join Stephanie Bersh for this powerful teen workshop, taking the participants on a journey towards self-acceptance. In a time where selfies and social media are a part of our every- day existence, it is easy to compare yourself to others and not feel good about yourself.
We will set new intentions for how we feel, think and speak to ourselves and others, shifting the conversations from criticism to kindness. Through group discussion, process led exercises and an embodied yoga practice, we will explore our internalized beliefs about beauty and self-worth. We will walk away with the tools to understand that these negative beliefs have a detrimental impact on how we see ourselves, and how we show up in the world as worthy and purposeful.
