Eliza Webb

Eliza began practicing yoga as a child and became more serious about it while struggling with anxiety and depression. She decided to study to become a yoga teacher when she found a strong connection between yoga and her journey to achieve self-love. What began as a personal tool for her mental health became a tool to give back to her community. Since becoming a yoga instructor, she has combined her passion for non-profit work with yoga to create impactful events, raising money and positive energy for causes that need it.
