In 1994 I took my first yoga class and it's been an important part of my life ever since. I'm very grateful to have experienced skillful and thoughtful teachers early on which kept me engaged and learning constantly. What started out as primarily a physical practice, very naturally became a practice clearly linked to my well being on so many levels. My teacher training with Moksha Yoga, which I completed in 2002, provided the opportunity to practice with various master teachers. I've continued to do workshops and intensives, including completing a Thai Yoga Massage training in 2009.
My desire is to guide students in finding a sense of awareness, acceptance and peace in their bodies - meeting themselves where they're at on any given day - through breath and movement.
