Learn, Practice and Breathe: A 3-Part Series

with Julia Jonson

This workshop combines movement with understanding.  Start with a simple 15 minute yoga sequence followed by 5 minutes of basic breath work to prime you to learn about yoga philosophy. The remaining 40 minutes of class will focus on practical yoga philosophy topics to help you gain a better understanding of the art and science of yoga.


Saturdays 8:00-9:00am
