 A 3- Part Series

The goal of this 3-Part Series is to provide you with a foundation upon which to grow a daily meditation practice.  We wil explore the meditative posture and its connection to the mind as well as discuss yogic philosophy to further understand the effects of a meditation practice.  Most importantly, we will learn how to weave meditation into our daily life.  Workshop topics will change each week but the basic principles will be reviewed each week.
